HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours after your order has been placed. We reserve the right to accept or decline an order at any time, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion.
Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
WHAT IF THE ITEM ORDERED IS DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT OR DAMAGED?
Please contact our customer service team within 7 days from your order delivery date. To expedite your claim, please include photographs of the product. We will process all claims as soon as possible to ensure you receive a replacement item free-of-charge.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Kaloa Designs has a 30-day refund policy for all orders placed through kaloadesigns.com. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, simply contact us for return instructions and a refund. Please note that we can only accept returns that are unopened and unused. Kaloa Designs does not take responsibility for any items damaged or lost during the return shipping.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY THE SHIPPING FEE FOR RETURN ORDERS?
Yes, all return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
HOW LONG DOES THE EXCHANGE PROCESS TAKE?
Due to a large number of daily orders, processing exchanges may take up to 14 business days from the date we receive your claim. We will notify you via email to confirm that your replacement item is on its way.
IF I WISH TO GET A REFUND, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE IT?
All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Refund times are generally issued within 7 to 10 business days after we receive the refund request. Please contact your card's bank to inquire when the credit refund will be posted to your account. Due to varying banks, it may take up to several weeks before a credit is issued back to your account.
