Do you only have one t-shirt design?
We have been around since 2019 and we've had several designs since then. However, we have decided to revamp our site and introduce one new shirt every month so there's always something to look forward to. If you want first dib on each month's featured t-shirt, make sure to sign up to our newsletter!
What is your shirt material like?
All of our shirts are cutout for men, designed in Japan and printed in the US for faster shipping. Made of 100% combed spun ring cotton so it feels soft and smooth yet extremely resilient and durable. The side seams and the ribbed knit collar are all designed to hold the shirt shapes longer.
Do you have shirts for women too?
We only have the men's collection available at this time. We are still on the hunt for the shirt that would meet our requirements for women when it comes to texture and fit. Once we find the right shirt, we'll go ahead and launch our women's line too.
How should I wash and dry my shirt?
Wash inside-out in a standard washer (max 40C or 105F); Non-chlorine: bleach as needed; Tumble dry: low heat; Iron, steam or dry: medium heat. Do not dry clean. We recommend hang drying for best results, however, the use of a regular dryer is just fine. Shrinking in our shirts is extremely minimal and our designs will not fade due to the quality of our prints.
Where can I find the sizing information?
All of our sizing our measurements are in inches and apply to all of our t-shirts. "Chest" is the width across the shirt, where "height" is the vertical length of the shirt from top to bottom. I received the wrong or defective shirt.
We're sorry about that - we strive for a great customer experience, but sometimes mistakes happen! If you received a wrong or defective item or have any problems with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we'd be happy to correct the problem for you.
My shirt doesn't fit, can I exchange it for a new size?
To keep our prices low, all of our shirts are custom-made to order. We would only accept returns if the item is wrong or defective. So please make sure to consult the sizing chart before ordering, or contact us with any questions! We want to be sure you are ordering the size and style that best fits you, and are happy to give you extra details about any item via email if you need it! ^_^
Can I return my order and get a refund?
Returns or refunds can only be issued if you received wrong or damaged items.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us (email: firstname.lastname@example.org) for instruction on how to begin your refund or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
All orders of sale items are final.
I entered the wrong shipping address on accident! What should I do?
Get in touch with us as soon as possible (preferably within 24 hours of ordering)! We try to ship every order out as soon as we can. If we have not yet shipped out your order, we can easily change the address for you. Contact us email at email@example.com
I ordered the wrong size on accident! What should I do?
Get in touch with us as soon as possible (preferably within 24 hours of ordering)! We start making every shirt as soon as we can. If we have not started printing your shirt(s), we can easily switch out the size for you. Contact us email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I cancel my order?

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:
How long will it take to receive my order?
We custom make every item after an order is placed and that takes about 2-7 business days. In general, though, orders usually ship out within 3 business days after placing your order. Then you just have to add approximate shipping time below:
3 - 5 business days after fulfilment
2-14 business days after fulfilment
3 - 10 business days after fulfilment
10 - 20 business days after fulfilment
How much does shipping costs?
We offer free shipping to every items in our store unless otherwise indicated.

Our global carriers are FedEx, Pasts, DHL, USPS, and DPD
How do I track the status of my order?
After your shirt(s) have been made and a shipping label has been created, a tracking code will be automatically sent to you via email. You can then use that code to track exactly where your order stands.
My order never arrived! What should I do?
If you see a "delivery exception" on your tracking code or if you think your order has not arrived, don't stress! Your local post office may be behind on shipments. Allow 1 to 3 days to pass beyond the expected delivery date. If your order still has not shown up at your door, contact your local post office. They should be able to trace your order. If neither of those options work, contact us via Facebook messenger or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will find out what happened and correct the situation for you.
