90% of products in our shop are made of real wood unless otherwise stated. In some cases, wood may be combined with other materials such as PU Leather and more to ensure durability. All of our products list the materials used in the description so you can confirm before making your purchase. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Your order should arrive within 3 weeks for United States addresses and up to 4 weeks for all other addresses.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours after your order has been placed. We reserve the right to accept or decline an order at any time, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion.
Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
We will send you an email containing your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.Typically, you will receive the tracking number within 1-3 days after processing your order.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information. Most orders are shipped within 5-7 working days from when they are placed. If you have waited 7 working days and still have not received your shipping confirmation, please contact us at email@example.com and we'll try to locate it for you.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in China. Please allow for extra time for your order to be processed during holiday seasons.
We process orders between Monday to Friday. Please allow up to 16-20 business days for you to receive your orders.
WHICH SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE?
Orders are processed through the USPS Postal Service.
WILL I BE CHARGED WITH CUSTOM DUTIES AND FEES?
The prices displayed on our website are tax-free in US Dollars. Customers are liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
Import taxes, duties, and related customs fee may be charged, which are determined by your local customs office.
Payment of these charges is the customers' responsibility. For details about charges, please contact your local customs office.
WHAT IF THE ITEM ORDERED IS DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT OR DAMAGED?
Please contact our customer service team within 7 days from your order delivery date. To expedite your claim, please include photographs of the product. We will process all claims as soon as possible to ensure you receive a replacement item free-of-charge.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Kaloa Designs has a 30-day refund policy for all orders placed through kaloadesigns.com. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, simply contact us for return instructions and a refund. Please note that we can only accept returns that are unopened and unused.
Kaloa Designs does not take responsibility for any items damaged or lost during the return shipping.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY THE SHIPPING FEE FOR RETURN ORDERS?
Yes, all return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
HOW LONG DOES THE EXCHANGE PROCESS TAKE?
Due to a large number of daily orders, processing exchanges may take up to 14 business days from the date we receive your claim. We will notify you via email to confirm that your replacement item is on its way.
IF I WISH TO GET A REFUND, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE IT?
All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Refund times are generally issued within 7 to 10 business days after we receive the refund request. Please contact your card's bank to inquire when the credit refund will be posted to your account. Due to varying banks, it may take up to several weeks before a credit is issued back to your account.
